Major General Engineer Hani Rashad, Governor of Suez, confirmed the continuation of campaigns to remove encroachments on state property and agricultural lands, stressing the need to intensify field traffic and take immediate measures against any violations, in implementation of the state’s plan to preserve agricultural land and prevent random construction.

The governor explained in a statement, today, Saturday, that the executive agencies in the governorate, in coordination with the Al-Janain district, succeeded in removing a number of encroachment cases, as the removal of two cases was carried out in the village of Shandora and Kabrit, under the supervision of Dr. Muhammad Allam, Deputy Governor, and headed by Muhammad Abdullah, head of the Al-Janain district, and the removals included illegal construction work on areas of 90 square meters and 110 square meters.

He added that the campaign also included the partial removal of illegal construction works in the lagoon area on an area of ​​800 square meters, stressing that the state will not allow any encroachment on its lands or agricultural lands.

The governor stressed that all necessary legal measures have been taken against the violators, with field follow-up continuing around the clock to monitor any new violations and deal with them immediately, in order to preserve state property and agricultural land.
