The campaigns of the third phase of the 28th wave continued to remove encroachments on state-owned lands and agricultural lands in the governorate Beni SuefUnder the supervision of the Supreme Committee for the Recovery of State Lands, as part of the state’s intensified efforts to preserve its rights and recover its lands, in implementation of the directives of the political leadership to continue confronting the phenomenon of encroachment and illegal construction.

The state property management report in the governorate revealed that the total number of cases removed from the start of the third phase on March 7 until the 21st of the same month amounted to 1,446 cases, including 187 cases of building encroachment and 1,359 cases of encroachment on agricultural land.

The report confirmed that the removal campaigns were carried out in full coordination between the executive and security agencies and the various state authorities, according to a pre-prepared timetable, to ensure the speedy implementation of removal decisions and decisive dealing with all forms of encroachment in the governorate centers.

It is noteworthy that the 28th wave of removing encroachments will be implemented in three successive phases during the months of January, February and March 2026. The first phase began from January 10 to 30, followed by the second phase from February 7 to 27, while it concludes with the third phase, which is ongoing during the period from March 7 to 27.
