The Egyptian Gazette published in Issue No. 262 issued on November 22, 2025, the Minister of Justice’s Decision No. 6238 of 2025 regarding postponing the effective date of the physical registry system on the cadastral division of Mansouriya – Imbaba Center – Giza Governorate from 11/1/2025 to 11/1/2026.
Postponing the date of entry into force of the in-kind registry at the Mansouriya Cadastral Department in Imbaba
After reviewing the President of the Republic’s decision regarding Law No. 142 of 1964 regarding the real registry system; Resolution of the Minister of Justice No. 825 of 1975 regarding the amended executive regulations of the Real Estate Registry Law; Resolution of the Minister of Justice No. 1842 of 1993 appointing cadastral divisions subject to the monthly system on the basis of recording documents in the real registry in the governorates of Eastern Beheira, Qalyubia, Menoufia, Giza, Minya, and Beni Suef, as of 11/1/1994; Resolution of the Minister of Justice No. 3507 of 1993 to accept the settlement forms stipulated in Article 19 of the Real Estate Registry Law in the cadastral departments in the governorates of Beheira, Sharqia, Qalyubia, Menoufia, Giza, Minya, and Beni Suef issued by Minister of Justice Resolution No. 1842 of 1993 for a period of two months starting from the date of issuance of the decision.
Resolution of the Minister of Justice No. 765 of 1994 to accept the settlement forms stipulated in Article 19 of the Real Estate Registry Law in the cadastral departments in the governorates of Beheira, Sharqia, Qalyubia, Menoufia, Giza, Minya, and Beni Suef issued by Minister of Justice Resolution No. 1842 of 1993 for a period of two months starting from the date of issuance of the decision.
Finally, Resolution No. 6513 of 2024 to postpone the date of entry into force of the real estate registry system on the cadastral department of Mansouriya – Imbaba Center – Giza Governorate, issued by Minister of Justice Resolution No. 1842 of 1993; According to the memorandum of the Head of the Real Estate Registration and Documentation Sector dated 10/12/2025;
The first article stipulates that the date of entry into force of the in-kind registry system on the cadastral department in Mansouriya, Imbaba Center, Giza Governorate, issued by Minister of Justice Resolution No. 1842 of 1993, will be postponed from 11/1/2025 to 11/1/2026.
Article Two also stipulates that the settlement forms stipulated in Article 19 of the Real Estate Registry Law will be accepted in the cadastral section specified in the previous article, for a period of two months starting from 11/1/2025.
Article Three states: This decision shall be published in the Egyptian Gazette and shall be effective as of 11/1/2025. Article Four states that the head of the Real Estate Registration and Documentation Sector shall implement this decision.
