The College of Media announced Cairo University Postponing the thirty-first international scientific conference of the Faculty of Information, to a date that will be determined later, as part of its commitment to the general directions of the Egyptian state towards rationalizing spending and maximizing the efficiency of the use of resources.

The college confirmed that the decision comes in light of the current developments that require raising the priorities of rational spending, which reflects its keenness to support the state’s efforts to achieve financial sustainability, without prejudice to its academic and scientific mission.
She explained that this postponement is considered a temporary organizational measure that does not affect the scientific standing of the conference or its research objectives, but rather aims to organize it at the most appropriate time and in a manner that achieves the maximum benefit for researchers and participants, and in a manner befitting the conference’s history and leadership.
The college indicated that the new date for the conference and all related arrangements will be announced in due course, expressing its appreciation for the understanding and cooperation of researchers and interested parties.
