I witnessed Port Said Governorate During the past 24 hours, the efforts of all neighborhoods of the governorate continued to implement daily cleaning campaigns, remove waste, and confront occupancy and encroachments on streets and squares, while intensifying work to improve the civilized appearance and raise the efficiency of the surrounding environment, which directly reflects on the quality of life of the citizen, and achieves traffic flow and general discipline, within the framework of ensuring a clean and safe environment in all areas.

It witnessed great interaction from the students, and on the sidelines of the school day, the Dean of the Center and the students presented a memorial shield to Professor Dr. Muhammad Nasr Al-Labban in appreciation of his scientific efforts.

The Directorate of Veterinary Medicine in Port Said continued to implement the work of the exceptional national campaign for vaccination against foot-and-mouth disease and Rift Valley fever, through field committees working in villages and markets to provide vaccination, numbering, registration, and guidance services to breeders, under the instructions of the Minister of Agriculture and Land Reclamation, Professor Dr. Alaa El-Din Farouk, under the patronage of Major General Moheb Habashi, Governor of Port Said, and the directives of Dr. Hamid Musa Al-Aqnas, Chairman of the General Authority for Veterinary Services, where committees headed to the regions south of Port Said, including Kilometer 17 and Bahr Al-Baqar RI 5, and vaccination and livestock insurance work was carried out to support livestock and small breeders.

The activities of the Port Said Region U-13 Basketball Championship for boys and girls began today, Saturday, January 24, 2026, at the Kapsi Sports Club, under the supervision of the Directorate of Youth and Sports and the Port Said Basketball Region, with full commitment to implementing the medical code issued by the Ministry of Youth and Sports, providing an ambulance, medical supervision, first aid supplies, and continuous monitoring of the condition of the players, as the tournament will be held during the period from January 24 to 28, 2026 on the Kapsi Clubs’ courts. Ramses and Mars, in the context of ensuring the safety of the participants and ensuring that the sporting events take place in an honorable manner befitting Port Said Governorate.
