Major General Muhammad Alwan surprised the governor Assiut The employees of the new Manfalut Central Hospital went on an inspection tour to follow up on the regularity of work progress and the level of medical services provided to citizens, as part of its keenness to follow up on the level of health services provided to citizens and determine the regularity of work within the medical facilities in the governorate.
He was accompanied during the tour by Dr. Mina Emad, Deputy Governor, Dr. Osama Abdel Muti, Director of the Hospital, and Walid Gamal, Head of the Center and City of Manfalut.
Follow up on the level of health services
During his tour, the Governor of Assiut inspected a number of vital departments in the hospital, including the general reception, the observation department for men and women, the examination and recovery rooms, in addition to the radiology department, which includes CT,
The governor also inspected the hospital’s dialysis unit, which includes 42 machines and provides about 80 dialysis sessions daily for patients. He reviewed the work system within the unit, reviewed records of patients visiting the hospital, and inquired about the dates of admission of patients and the duration of their receipt of medical service, in order to ensure the rapid provision of the necessary health care.
During his tour, the governor was keen to engage in dialogue with a number of patients and companions to ensure the level of health care provided to them, and to listen to their opinions and observations about medical services, directing them to quickly deal with any obstacles that patients may face inside the hospital, and stressing the need for medical teams to commit to being present during work periods and providing the best level of medical and humanitarian care to patients.
Major General Muhammad Alwan stressed that the state pays great attention to developing the health system and raising the efficiency of government hospitals, in light of the directives of the political leadership to improve the medical services provided to citizens, stressing the importance of continuous monitoring of the work system within hospitals to ensure the provision of decent and safe health services to citizens in the various centers and villages of the governorate.
