The ring road in the Akhmim center in Sohag Governorate witnessed an accident in which a private car collided with a lighting pole, without causing any injuries or deaths.

Major General Dr. Hassan Abdel Aziz, Assistant Minister of the Interior and Director of Sohag Security, received a notification from the warden of the Akhmim Police Station stating that a private car had collided with a light pole on the Akhmim Ring Road at 320 Nag al-Khatib.
Immediately, the security services and traffic forces moved to the accident site, and the examination revealed that the car collided with a lighting pole, resulting in damage to the pole, but no human injuries.
The car was removed from the road and traffic was resumed, without any obstacles. The necessary report on the incident was prepared, and the competent investigation authorities were notified to initiate investigations.
