Major General Dr. Alaa Abdel Moati, Governor of Gharbia, followed up on the regularity of work inside the taxi and service stations in the various centers and cities of the governorate, in order to ensure the availability of means of transportation and the regularity of traffic routes without obstacles, in a way that ensures facilitating the movement of citizens and achieving traffic fluidity during the days of Eid. This comes within the framework of Gharbia Governorate’s keenness to provide regular and safe services to citizens during Eid al-Fitr.

Intensifying traffic and monitoring campaigns in all parking lots

The Governor of Gharbia directed the intensification of traffic and monitoring campaigns in all parking lots, to ensure that drivers adhere to the established tariffs and not exploit citizens, stressing the necessity of full coordination between the local units, the Traffic Department, and the General Administration of Parking, with a continued field presence to monitor the movement of cars and traffic routes throughout the day.

Major General Dr. Alaa Abdel Muti stressed that the governorate will not allow any violations that affect the rights of citizens or disturb their movement during the holiday, stressing the immediate speed of dealing with any complaints that are detected, and taking deterrent legal measures against violators, in order to achieve complete discipline within the parking lots and maintain the provision of a service worthy of the people of Gharbia, noting that the comfort of the citizen comes at the forefront of the priorities of the executive branch, especially during the holiday periods that witness increased density and demand for means of transportation.
