The Albanian national team player, Arierhoxa, scored the first goal of the match in the 42nd minute of the first half, before the famous Polish player and Barcelona star, Robert Lewandowski, was able to score the equalizer for his team against Albania in the 63rd minute of the match, in the semi-finals of the second group matches of the World Cup qualifying play-off.
The excitement continued until Szymanski made a pass to his colleague Piotr Zelninski, who scored against Poland in the 73rd minute of the match, so that the Poles were able to create a comeback in less than 10 minutes in front of the Albanian defences.
Poland is in the play-off final against Sweden
The Polish national team will face its Swedish counterpart in the European play-off final for the second qualifying group for the 2026 World Cup, scheduled to be held in the United States of America, Canada and Mexico, on Tuesday, March 31, at 8:45 pm Cairo time, and at 9:45 pm Mecca time.
The Swedish national team qualified for the European play-off final, after defeating the Ukrainian national team in the semi-final with a score of 3-1, in the match that was held at the Ciutat de Valencia Stadium in the Spanish city of Valencia. Sweden’s hat-trick was scored by Viktor Gjokers in the sixth, 51st and 73rd minutes, while Matvey Ponomarenko scored Ukraine’s only goal in the 90th minute.
