The electricity sector in Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate announced the disconnection of electricity from the Al-Hafir transformer station today, Saturday, April 11, as part of periodic maintenance work aimed at improving the efficiency of the service provided to citizens. The sector explained that the power outage will start from eight in the morning until one in the afternoon.
The statement indicated that the areas affected by the power outage include the village of Al-Damaira and its environs, affiliated with the Bella Center District, stressing that these measures come within a periodic plan aimed at raising the efficiency of electrical networks and ensuring continuity of service with better quality during the coming period.
The electricity sector stressed its keenness to carry out maintenance work at specific times to reduce its impact on citizens, pointing out that the work teams will commit to completing the work on the specified dates and restoring the power immediately upon completion of maintenance.
In this context, the sector apologized to the people of the affected areas for this temporary outage, stressing the importance of these actions in supporting the stability of the electricity supply in the future. He also appealed to citizens, as well as government agencies and service establishments, to take the necessary precautions and meet their basic needs that depend on electricity during the outage period, to avoid any negative effects that may result from the temporary cessation of service.
