The Electricity Company in Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate announced a temporary disconnection of the electrical current in some areas of the Riyadh Center, as part of the network’s regular maintenance plans to ensure the stability of the electrical supply and improve the quality of service to citizens.
The Kafr El-Sheikh Electricity Company explained, in an official statement, that the electricity disconnection will include the village of Al-Fayrouz and its environs, on Sunday, March 8, 2026, from 7 a.m. until 10 a.m., explaining that this measure is temporary and aims to carry out the necessary maintenance and technical inspection work on the electrical network in the region.

Kafr El-Sheikh Electricity Company stressed that this step comes as part of its ongoing efforts to develop the electricity system in the governorate and improve the efficiency of networks, stressing that the service will return to normal immediately upon completion of maintenance work, while the company called on all citizens in the affected areas to take precautions during the outage period, and to ensure that sensitive electrical devices are not used until after the power supply returns, out of concern for their safety and the safety of the devices until the power supply returns.
