The security services at the Ministry of Interior revealed the circumstances of a video clip that was circulated on social media sites, which included a person taking a dog and directing it towards another with the intention of intimidating him in Cairo.
Through examination, it was possible to identify and arrest the person appearing in the video clip, a person with “criminal information” – a resident of the third police station in Nasr City. When confronted, he confessed to committing the incident as referred to, with the intention of having fun with his friends, and legal measures were taken.
