I started Investigation authorities in Qalyubia Its investigations into the incident of the armed quarrel that broke out in Ezbet Nasser in the Mostorod area in the district of the second section of Shubra Al-Kheima, and resulted in two sisters being injured by birdshot in the face while they were at the scene of the incident.
The investigating authorities decided to seize the accused and the weapon used (a single birdshot), and requested detective investigations into the circumstances of the incident, and to inquire about the health condition of the two injured in preparation for hearing their statements as soon as they recover.

The investigations also decided to complete hearing the statements of eyewitnesses and clarify the reasons for the disputes that led to the quarrel, in preparation for taking the necessary legal measures regarding the incident.
Ezbet Nasser in the Mostorod area in the city of Shubra El Kheima in Qalyubia Governorate witnessed a state of panic, following the outbreak of an armed quarrel between a number of people, during which firearms were used, which resulted in two sisters being injured with birdshot bullets to the face. They were transferred to the hospital to receive the necessary treatment, and Ashraf Gaballah, Assistant Minister of the Interior for the Qalyubia Security Sector, was there.
Major General Mohamed Al-Sayed, Director of the Criminal Investigation Department in Qalyubia, and Major General Wael Metwally, Head of Investigations at the Directorate, received a notification from Lieutenant Colonel Mustafa Diab, Chief of Investigations of the Second Division in Shubra Al-Kheima, that the department had received a report about an armed quarrel breaking out in Ezbet Nasser in the Mostorod area.
Immediately, the department’s investigation officers moved to the site of the report, and upon examination it became clear that the quarrel broke out between a first party that included: “Hani A.M.H.”, 51 years old – driver, and his son, “Hisham H.A.M.”, 26 years old, residing at the same address, and a second party: Ashraf M.A.A. (22 years old – driver), residing in the same area.
Investigations led by Lieutenant Colonel Mustafa Diab revealed that the incident began with a verbal altercation due to neighborly disputes, which quickly developed into a fistfight, and escalated into a quarrel, during which the other party fired a bullet from a birdshot that he was in possession of, during which both: Sarah A.M. (28 years old – a housewife) and her sister Zainab A.M. (20 years old – a housewife) happened to pass by, which led to them being hit in the face with a birdshot while they were at the scene of the incident.
After codifying the procedures, the department’s investigation officers were able to arrest both parties to the quarrel, and when they confronted them, they admitted that the incident had been committed due to neighborly disputes. The weapon used (a single birdshot) was seized and it and the accused were seized.
Report No. 3449, misdemeanor, second section, Shubra El Kheima, for the year 2026, was prepared, and the accused are being presented to the Public Prosecution to initiate investigations and take the necessary legal measures.
