Inspection of the site of a commercial store fire in the Hosary area in October
The details of the incident date back to when the Civil Protection Operations Room received a report stating that a fire had broken out in a pasta and liver shop in the Al-Husari area. Fire engines were dispatched to the site of the fire, and a security cordon was imposed to try to control it and prevent it from spreading.
The forces were able to control the fire and complete the cooling process, as two people were injured, who were treated and a report was filed on the incident.
In a separate context, the Civil Protection Forces in Qalyubia Governorate were able to control a fire that broke out inside a cardboard warehouse in the Al-Qalaj area in the Khanka Police Station District, without causing any injuries or human losses.
This came under the supervision of Major General Ashraf Gaballah, Assistant Minister of the Interior for the Qalyubia Security Sector, where Major General Haitham Shehata, Director of the Civil Protection Department in Qalyubia, received a notification from the operations room stating that a report had been received of a fire breaking out inside a cardboard warehouse in the city of Al-Qalaj.
Civil protection forces moved to the site of the report, and 3 fire engines were dispatched, supported by an ambulance. The forces succeeded in controlling and extinguishing the fire before it spread to neighboring buildings and facilities.
The initial inspection revealed that the fire broke out inside a cardboard store located on the ground floor, which led to the complete burning of its contents, without the incident resulting in any casualties. A report on the incident was drawn up, and the Public Prosecution took over the investigation, ordering the assignment of the forensic laboratory to determine the causes of the fire, while expediting investigations into its circumstances.
