A court decided Mansoura feloniesToday, Sunday, the trial of a woman against Khalifa, accused of human trafficking and falsifying the lineage of two minors in order to seize an inheritance, was reserved for May 5 for judgment.

Investigations revealed that the accused, during the year 2014 in the Al-Manzala Center District in Dakahlia Governorate, and an unknown person, committed the crime of human trafficking, where she bought two children and falsely attributed them to her deceased husband, with the intention of exploiting them and achieving a material benefit represented by seizing the entire estate of her inheritor.
The referral order explained that the accused, despite not being a public employee, participated by way of assistance with a bona fide public employee in committing forgery in official documents, which consisted of obtaining the birth certificates of the two children, as well as the guardianship decision issued in Case No. 117 of 2022 by the Public Prosecution for Family Affairs, with guardianship over the money, by submitting forged papers and data, and insisting on their authenticity before the competent authorities, which led to the crime occurring based on that assistance.
The investigations added that the accused used the forged documents in question, knowing that they were forged, as she appeared before the specialized employees of the Status Prosecution for Family Affairs, and presented the birth certificates of the two children in the aforementioned case, claiming that she was their mother, in order to cover up her crime, and to obtain the guardianship decision and complete her criminal scheme.
It was also found that the accused exposed the two child victims, Lynn and Muhammad, to danger, by endangering their security and safety, and the possibility of homelessness and exploitation, in a way that would undermine the integrity of their upbringing.
