Ashraf Zaki said, during his interview with the journalist Asma Ibrahim, on the “Sary Ink” program, on the “Cairo and the People” screen, sarcastically: “I imposed her as a heroine… and we hear a lot of things,” stressing that he was not in a position to defend her; Because her artistic career speaks for itself.
Ashraf Zaki explained that Rogina is a graduate of the Higher Institute of Dramatic Arts, and began her artistic career early with international director Youssef Chahine and a number of senior directors, adding: “She climbed the ladder comfortably and achieved her successes gradually, without jumping through stages.”
Ashraf Zaki pointed out that her participation in the Prince series represented an important turning point in her career, as she drew strong attention to her performance, which was reflected in her subsequent choices, stressing that awarding the championship in any dramatic work is primarily subject to production and distribution calculations, explaining that production companies do not risk assigning a championship to an artist who does not achieve actual successes or does not have credit with the public.
