The cities of the Red Sea, led by Hurghada, recorded remarkable tourist activity during the past three days, coinciding with an increase in air traffic from several European countries.

Officials and sector workers confirmed that the recent movement was reflected in booking rates, especially in beach resorts, with the high demand for entertainment programs related to marine activities.
In this context, tourism expert Issam Ali said that the markets most attended by arrivals in recent days included Germany, Britain, Russia and Italy, in addition to Poland and the Czech Republic, attributing this to the desire of European tourists to escape the cold weather and search for a moderate climate and a stable beach experience.
He added that Hurghada has continued to strengthen its position as one of the most attractive destinations within Egypt during the recent period, driven by the diversity of the tourism product between beach accommodation, cruises, diving, and recreational activities, in addition to the regularity of airlines arriving from European capitals and cities.
Pointing out in exclusive statements to Cairo 24, that recent days have witnessed a significant increase in reservation rates, especially from Egyptian families who are accustomed to spending the Eid al-Fitr holiday on the shores of the Red Sea.
