The Ministry of Housing announced that about one million and 960 thousand various housing units have been implemented and are being implemented. Regarding the volume of real estate financing, the number of financing entities increased from 4 banks in 2014 to 31 banks and companies in 2025, and the average financing granted to the beneficiary increased from 43 thousand pounds in 2014, to 152 thousand pounds in 2025, and real estate financing increased from 20 million pounds in 2014 to 104 billion pounds in 2025, as the total real estate financing granted during the period reached From July 2024 until December 2025, about 26.3 billion pounds, reflecting the acceleration of the pace of financing during the last stage.
The Fund also succeeded in increasing the value of cash support to the beneficiary of the units, as the value of cash support was about 25 thousand pounds per unit in 2014, and rose to 160 thousand pounds per unit in 2025, and the total cash support amounted to 10.4 billion pounds from 2014 until now, as the cash support granted by the Fund since July 2024 to date amounted to about 850 million pounds, and the support is provided within an integrated system that includes: direct cash support, support The cost of real estate financing, utilities and land support.
As for societal demand and indicators of confidence in performance, the number of applicants for the Fund’s advertisements reached about 2.4 million citizens from 2014 until now, and the number of applicants from July 2024 to date in the “Housing for All Egyptians” advertisements reached about 743 thousand applicants, and 695 thousand units were allocated from 2014 until now, and the units that were allocated during the period from July 1, 2024 until December 2025 reached about 101 thousand. Residential unit.
