The Cultural Affairs and Missions Sector of the Ministry announced Higher education Scientific research is looking to extend the deadline for receiving applications on the Talent Bank platform, as well as for vacant positions in cultural offices and centers abroad, as well as opening applications for other offices, through secondment or assignment to specific tasks in accordance with the regulating ministerial decisions.

The Cultural Affairs and Missions Sector (Competency Bank) noted that assignment to the Competency Bank will be according to the need for vacant positions in cultural offices and centers that are vacant or nearly vacant.
He confirmed Cultural Affairs and Missions Sector, the offices open for application and registration until Tuesday, January 20, 2026 are as follows:
- The first group: Cultural Attaché, Office/Center Director: in the following countries: Madrid / Spain – Tokyo / Japan – Beijing / China – Rabat / Kingdom of Morocco – Kano / Nigeria – Nouakchott / Mauritania – New Delhi / India – London / England – Paris / France – Moscow / Russia, and to view the qualifying conditions required to apply for the position of Cultural Attaché / Office / Center Director.
- The second group: Cultural attaché in the following countries: Rome / Italy – Abu Dhabi / United Arab Emirates – Athens / Greece – Doha / Qatar.
She concluded: Please note that registration for these groups is done through the account registered on the Competency Bank, and those applying to the offices must complete the required papers to complete the first step of applying, while keeping the original documents for the application in the other stages.
