The Tama Center in Sohag Governorate witnessed an incident in which a female student took a toxic substance, “a pill,” which led to her being in a serious condition and she was transferred to the Tama Central Hospital.

Major General Dr. Hassan Abdel Aziz, Director of Sohag Security, received a notification stating that a report had been received from Tama Hospital about the arrival of Yasmine IMA, 15 years old, who resides in the Hadiqa area, in a state of severe fatigue, after allegedly taking a Ghala pill.

Upon transport and examination, it was found that she had difficulty breathing and impaired consciousness as a result of poisoning, and first aid was provided to her inside the hospital.

Due to the seriousness of her condition, it was decided to transfer her to Sohag University Hospital in Kamel to complete the necessary treatment and medical care. The necessary report was issued, and the investigating authorities were notified to investigate the incident.
