Giza Governorate issued Resolution No. 222 of 2026 regarding the detailed plan for the Haram neighborhood.
The Giza Governorate’s decision was published in Tuesday’s issue of the Official Gazette.
The text of a governorate decision Giza To adopt the detailed plan for the Haram neighborhood in light of Article 33, paragraph (f, g) of Law No. 43 of 1979 promulgating the Local Administration Law and in accordance with the attached plate.
The decision of the Giza Governorate comes after reviewing Law No. 43 of 1979 regarding the local administration system and its executive regulations and their amendments, and the Unified Building Law No. 119 of 2008 and its executive regulations and their amendments, and the letter of the General Administration of Committees and Conferences in the governorate regarding the approval of the Executive Council in its session dated 2026/28 to approve the detailed plan for the Al-Haram neighborhood.
