The Fayoum Endowments Directorate renewed the comprehensive cleaning campaign and preparation of mosques in various centers and villages of the governorate, as part of the intensive preparations to welcome Eid al-Fitr, and in implementation of the directives of Dr. Osama Al-Azhari, Minister of Endowments.
The campaign comes under the patronage of Sheikh Salama Abdel Razek, Director of the Fayoum Endowments Directorate, and under the supervision of Sheikh Yahya Muhammad, Director of Dawa, and aims to raise the efficiency of mosques and prepare them to receive worshipers during the last days of the blessed month of Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr.
Fayoum Endowments intensifies cleaning campaigns in mosques in preparation for Eid al-Fitr
Sub-departments at the level of Governorate Implementing an expanded campaign that included comprehensive cleaning work inside the mosques, their courtyards and their surroundings, in addition to raising the efficiency of bathrooms, improving ventilation inside the prayer halls, and reviewing lighting and all facilities, to ensure the provision of a safe and appropriate environment worthy of the sanctity of the houses of God.
The Directorate confirmed that these efforts come within the framework of the Ministry of Endowments’ plan for continuous field follow-up and tightening control over the readiness of mosques, with full compliance with the instructions regulating work, which contributes to raising the level of preaching services and enhancing the role of the mosque in spreading awareness and consolidating faith and societal values.
She indicated the continuation of daily follow-up work by the sub-departments, to ensure the implementation of the cleaning and maintenance plan to the fullest extent, and to provide the appropriate faith atmosphere for worshipers during the holy month of Ramadan, in preparation for performing Eid al-Fitr rituals in an organized and safe atmosphere.
