Details of the campaigns in the Central District of Alexandria
All rainwater collection sites were inspected on the Corniche Road, Al-Hurriya Road, the Suez Canal, Carrefour, Alexander the Great, Mahmoudiyah Road, and others, and they were drained and swept.
The gatherings were closely monitored in coordination with the Central Sanitation District, the Nahdet Misr Company to facilitate traffic movement, and pedestrian movement.
The streets of Al-Ibrahimiyya, Omar Lutfi, Sultan Hussein and Al-Nabi Daniel, and the Corniche tunnels were also passed, and the existing gatherings were removed, and it confirmed the continued follow-up and field presence around the clock, to solve all problems first and foremost, and to overcome all obstacles, and the work is continuing.
This came in accordance with the directives of Engineer Ayman Attia, Governor of Alexandria, to raise the level of maximum preparedness to deal with rainwater accumulations immediately.
