The electricity sector in Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate announced the disconnection of electricity from a number of areas in the city of Bella, today, Monday, March 30, from 8 a.m. until 1 p.m. on the same day, to carry out periodic maintenance work on the Badr feeder in the old Bella distribution board, with the knowledge of Bella Electrical Engineering.
The electricity sector explained in an official statement that the areas affected by the power outage include “Abu Ghannam neighborhood, Zouba neighborhood, and the July 23 area,” stressing that the maintenance work comes within the framework of a plan to raise the efficiency of the electrical network and improve the level of service provided to citizens, with full commitment to applying the approved technical and engineering standards.
The statement indicated that the maintenance work will be completed on the specified dates, and that electricity will be restored immediately upon completion, ensuring that the outage period is reduced and citizens’ daily needs are met.
Bella Electrical Engineering calls on citizens living in the affected areas, in addition to vital facilities such as health units, bakeries, and government departments, to take the necessary measures during the power outage period, to avoid any negative effects that may result from the temporary outage.
