
Pilot Ahmed Adel, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Executive Managing Director of the EgyptAir Holding Company, congratulated the EgyptAir Training Academy on the occasion of passing the inspection of the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) without any observations, for the twentieth year in a row, in the field of technical training for aircraft maintenance engineers and technicians.
Adel stressed that this success represents a qualitative addition to the company’s record of achievements, and reflects its commitment to applying the highest international safety and quality standards, as well as the level of readiness and operational efficiency enjoyed by the academy, which supports EgyptAir’s plans towards expansion and enhancing its competitiveness at the regional and international levels.
For his part, Pilot Walid Soliman, President of the EgyptAir Training Academy, expressed his sincere thanks and appreciation for the efforts made by the Academy’s work team, especially the General Administration of Quality and the General Administration of Technical Training, stressing that this achievement is added to the series of successes achieved by the Academy.
The agency’s inspector praised the role of the academy’s senior management and the investments it makes in the areas of technical training, by adding modern models to its training capabilities, such as the Airbus A350 and Boeing B737 MAX.
He also praised the various elements of the training process, including the use of the latest training equipment and the qualification of the academy’s lecturers on them, ensuring the achievement of the highest levels of efficiency and professionalism, as well as the strength and effectiveness of the quality system in place within the academy.
