Within the framework of the “Egypt on One Trip” initiative organized by the National Alliance for Civil Development Action during the holy month of Ramadan, Abu Al-Enein Foundation for Charitable and Cultural Work With its grand Ramadan table, which is considered one of the largest tables of the Most Merciful in Giza Governorate, as it accommodates about 20,000 meals daily between breakfast and suhoor, in addition to mobile cars roaming the streets to break the fast for passers-by, and work teams that deliver meals to the homes of families unable to attend.
The Foundation confirmed that participation in this initiative comes within the framework of the community role played by the Foundation under the umbrella of the National Alliance for Civil Development Action, and its keenness to be present in all initiatives aimed at supporting vulnerable families, especially during the month of Ramadan, which witnesses a significant intensification of feeding and food aid activities.








Mustafa Ezzat, Director of the Foundation, explained that work on the Ramadan table is carried out through an integrated system in which hundreds of volunteers participate, who work daily in preparing meals, organizing the table, and field distribution, with instructions from Representative Muhammad Abu Al-Enein, Chairman of the Board of Directors, and follow-up from Mrs. Somaya Abu Al-Enein, Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors. He pointed out that the work teams are not limited to serving food inside the table only, but extend to mobile cars that arrive at metro stations, trains, and highways, in addition to home visits to humanitarian cases that are identified in advance.
He added that the Foundation succeeded during the month of Ramadan this year in distributing approximately 350,000 meals in various regions, within the framework of an organized work plan that relies on careful inventory and full coordination with the institutions of the National Alliance, to ensure that support reaches its beneficiaries in an orderly manner that preserves human dignity.
A number of volunteers participating in the initiative indicated that the work this year witnessed a wide participation of young people, as the work teams were divided into groups for preparation, cooking, packaging, distribution and follow-up, stressing that the spirit of cooperation among the volunteers was the main reason for the ability to deal with large numbers of meals daily.
They emphasized that the “Egypt on One Trip” initiative reflects a true image of Egyptian society, where institutions and volunteers come together with one goal, which is for goodness to reach every home, and for every person to feel that there is someone standing by his side, especially in the holy month of Ramadan.
