The security services at the Ministry of Interior revealed the circumstances of a video clip that was circulated on social media, which included insulting a tuk-tuk driver and directing indecent signals to a car driver in the Thani al-Raml Police Department in Alexandria.

Upon examination, it was possible to identify the victim, and upon questioning him, he determined that while he was driving his car, a verbal altercation broke out between him and a tuk-tuk driver due to a dispute over priority traffic, during which the latter insulted him, made obscene gestures, and threatened to cause damage to his car.
The security services were able to identify and seize the vehicle used, which was found to be without license plates, and arrest its driver, who is unemployed and has criminal information.
When confronted, he admitted to committing the incident as referred to, the vehicle was seized, and the necessary legal measures were taken against him.
