The papers required for retired teachers who do not wish to remain in service were announced by the Ministry of Education and Technical Education, as it amended the Education Law and allowed those who have reached retirement age to remain in service to contribute to filling the teacher shortage.

The Ministry of Education and Technical Education sent a letter to the educational directorates, explaining that regarding receiving requests from cases wishing not to remain in service, the following papers are submitted:

– The apology request is approved by the educational administration
– Certified status newspaper
– A copy of the ID card
– The teacher’s sick certificates from the educational administration stating that the teacher is eligible for retention but does not attend work

The Ministry of Education and Technical Education said that the original papers are sent to the representative of the Central Administration for Information and Decision Support at the Educational Directorate.

Earlier, the Ministry of Education and Technical Education sent a letter to the educational directorates regarding the monthly exams, confirming that the monthly tests are prepared at the level of the educational administration through the first subject guide in all schools, and the exam is prepared in three different models, and the educational administration is responsible for filming the exams and the schools do not bear any financial burdens.
