
Dr. Hisham Abu Zeid, Deputy Governor of Luxor, held the open day meeting, which is held on Mondays on a regular weekly basis at the headquarters of the International Conference Hall in Luxor.
The meeting aimed to listen closely to the demands and needs of citizens, in the presence of Hassan Abdel Rahman, Director of the General Administration for Citizen Service, the heads of centers and cities, the undersecretaries of the relevant ministries, and the directors of service directorates or their representatives.
During the meeting, the Deputy Governor of Luxor listened to all the requests and complaints submitted by citizens, numbering 25 requests and complaints, regarding requests for legalization, reconciliation, issuing licenses, health care, facilities, requests for public housing, and providing job opportunities, in addition to providing aid for solidarity, dignity, and social solidarity services.
The Deputy Governor of Luxor stressed the need for a careful and serious study of all requests and to find comprehensive legal solutions that meet the needs of citizens according to the available capabilities, and to assign the Citizen Service Administration to seriously and continuously follow up on all requests and complaints with all concerned parties to respond quickly and urgently to the applicants with what was done in their demands and complaints to ensure transparency and to guarantee the rights of citizens, in accordance with the instructions of the Governor of Luxor, Engineer Abdel Muttalib Amara.
