This morning, Dr. Ahmed Al-Ansari, Governor of Giza, inspected the technology center for serving citizens in the Omraniya district. To monitor the regularity of the presence of employees and the progress of work within the center and to determine the level of services provided to citizens, as part of its ongoing field tours to follow up on the performance of technology centers at the governorate level.
The Governor of Giza listened to a detailed explanation from the director of the center and the counter staff about the work mechanism and services that the center provides to citizens, which include submitting requests for reconciliation of building violations and issuing building permits, commercial shop licenses, and advertising licenses, in addition to a number of other services and transactions.
The governor stressed the importance of facilitating procedures and providing distinguished services to citizens through technology centers in all centers, cities and neighborhoods of the governorate, pointing to the vital role that these centers play in facilitating citizens’ procedures and saving them time and effort, as well as speeding up the completion of transactions and services.
Governor stressed GizaHowever, it is unacceptable to delay or delay citizens’ requests, stressing the need to quickly examine submitted requests and respond to them within the specified times to ensure the provision of a distinguished government service that meets citizens’ needs and achieves their satisfaction.
The governor was keen to listen to the requests of a number of citizens who frequented the center, directing them to quickly complete their transactions and provide them with all facilities to ensure their satisfaction and facilitate their services.
