At five o’clock this evening, the Pharco team will host its counterpart, the Arab Contractors team, at the Haras El Hodoud Stadium, at the beginning of the two teams’ journey in the current season’s edition of the League Cup.
The Pharco and Arab Contractors teams are seeking to achieve victory in today’s match, in light of each of them’s desire to score the first 3 points in their journey in the new edition of the League Cup.
The Pharco and Arab Contractors teams are competing in the League Cup championship in the first group, which includes the teams of Al-Ahly, Talaea El-Geish, Ghazl El-Mahalla, Enppi, and Ceramica Cleopatra.
Earlier, the Competitions Department of the Egyptian Professional Clubs Association made modifications to the stadiums of some of the group stage matches of the League Cup (Capital of Egypt Cup), due to the closure of some stadiums due to maintenance work and winter seed planting.
According to the letters sent to the clubs, a copy of which was obtained by Cairo 24, it was decided that Al-Ahly’s matches in the group stage will be held at Al-Salam Stadium, while Zamalek’s matches will be held at the Arab Contractors Stadium, due to the closure of the Cairo Stadium, while it was decided to move some Pyramids matches to the Arab Contractors Stadium due to the closure of the June 30 Stadium for maintenance work.
