Upon examination, it was revealed that on the 7th of this month, in accordance with codified procedures and in implementation of the Public Prosecution’s decision to arrest and bring in the complainant’s son, a criminal officer residing in the Belbeis Police Department, for trafficking in narcotic substances, firearms, and unlicensed ammunition, a quantity of hashish, including 120 narcotic tablets, 6 cartridges, and a motorcycle without license plates, was seized and in his possession.
Legal measures were taken against him within the framework of legitimacy and law, and by presenting him to the Public Prosecution, it decided to detain him pending investigation. He is still in custody, and the father of the aforementioned person published the aforementioned video clip in an attempt to exploit this judicially, and legal measures were taken.
On the other hand, the security services of the Ministry revealed Interior Circumstances of a post supported by a video clip circulated on social media that included a woman being harmed by some people attacking her and removing a road separating two plots of land owned by her and her neighbor using a loader vehicle in Sharqiya.
Upon examination, it was revealed that on April 10 of this year, the Belbeis Police Station was informed of a quarrel between the first party of the complainant, a second party of the complainant’s neighbor, and 3 people, including the loader driver, all residing in the district of the center, due to previous disputes between them over the street separating two plots of land belonging to the complainant and her neighbour, during which the latter sought the help of the rest of the members of the second party to annex the aforementioned street to his plot of land, using the loader vehicle. The complainant and one of the defendants were presented to the competent authorities. At the time, and later, the rest of the members of the second party and the loader used in the incident were arrested, and when they were confronted, they exchanged accusations with the complainant for the same disputes.
Legal measures were taken, and the competent authorities took over the investigation.
