A schoolgirl breathed her last on a bed in Qena General Hospital, today, Sunday, as a result of her injury after she fell from the top of a ladder 40 days ago, at the Waqf Center in Qena Governorate.
The beginning came when the security services of the Qena Security Directorate received a notification from the Al-Waqf Police Station stating that the injured student had died 40 days ago as a result of her fall from a height in the center’s circle.

After the examination, it was found that Malak A., 9 years old, died 40 days after an attempt was made to save her with treatment in intensive care at Qena General Hospital, as a result of her injury as a result of her fall from the top of the stairs at the Waqf Center.
A report was drawn up regarding the incident and the competent authorities were notified to initiate investigations, which assigned the Investigation Unit to investigate the incident and uncover its circumstances.
