The competent authorities in Cairo decided to form a committee to inspect the site of a partial collapse inside a residential apartment following the explosion of a stove pipe on Western Street in Helwan, which resulted in the injury of 3 people from one family, in order to prepare a detailed report on the causes of the incident and the extent of the damage caused by the explosion.

The details of the incident date back to when the Rescue Operations Room of the Cairo Security Directorate received a report stating that there had been an accident of partial collapse of 3 walls inside a residential apartment in Helwan, resulting in the injury of 3 people from one family as a result of the accident.
Immediately, the Civil Protection Forces in Cairo moved to the location of the report, and the injured were rescued and taken to the hospital to receive the necessary first aid, and a report was drawn up regarding the incident.
