The security services at the Ministry of Interior revealed the circumstances of a video clip circulated on social media sites, which included a person stealing a water mixer from inside a mosque in Sharqiya.
A water mixer was stolen from inside a mosque
Upon examination, it was revealed that no reports had been received in this regard, and it was possible to identify the person responsible for publishing the shop owner, a resident of the Second Zagazig Police Department, and upon questioning him, he admitted that when he and the people of the area went to perform prayers in the aforementioned mosque, they discovered that a water mixer had been stolen from the mosque’s bathroom, and after reviewing the mosque’s surveillance cameras, he published the clip to arrest the accused.
It was possible to identify and arrest the person appearing in the video clip, who was unemployed, had criminal information, and resided in the Zagazig Police Station. When confronted, he confessed to committing the incident as referred to, and he was instructed to seize the seized water mixer.
Legal action has been taken.
