Arab reports reported a while ago that a drone crashed near the Baghdad International Fair in the Iraqi capital.
Drone attack on Iraq
Iraqi media reported on Saturday that an unidentified drone had fallen in the Al-Mansour area, specifically near the Baghdad International Fair, west of the capital.
She explained that the incident prompted the security forces to immediately alert and cordon off the area to verify the nature of the fallen object.
This news comes in light of the escalating security tensions taking place in the region, including repeated incidents of drone crashes in various areas of the capital, Baghdad, during the past weeks.
NATO forces also announced yesterday the repositioning of their forces in Iraq amid the escalation of regional tensions that the region has witnessed since the beginning of the American-Israeli attack on Iran last February.
