The security services at the Ministry of Interior were able to uncover the circumstances of several video clips that were circulated on social networking sites, in which a person appears threatening citizens, carrying firearms and weapons, as well as directing insults at one of the women in a way that is inconsistent with societal values.
A criminal officer was arrested for threatening a woman with firearms and white weapons in Dakahlia
Upon examination, the person shown in the video clips was identified (a criminal officer – a resident of the Talkha Police Station in Dakahlia)… It was found that the two video clips in which he appeared carrying “old” firearms and white weapons had been previously monitored in 2022, and he was caught at that time in possession of (a firearm “with a loud noisemaker” and white weapons “appeared in the video clip”), and when confronted, he admitted that he had filmed those clips and published them on social networking sites. “As he was under the influence of narcotic substance abuse, legal measures were taken against him at the time, and he was recently released after completing his sentence.
The aforementioned was also arrested, and confronted with the content of the video clip in which he insulted one of the women. He stated that he published it after a woman (residing in Suez) defamed him at the instigation of (another – residing in Alexandria) due to his previous emotional attachment to the latter and her abandoning her, so he published the aforementioned clip to spite her.
