Major General Hazem Ezzat, General Secretary of the Governorate Beni SuefToday, a meeting was held with members of the committee concerned with overcoming investment obstacles, in light of the directives of Dr. Mohamed Hani Ghoneim, Governor of Beni Suef, to follow up and study investors’ requests for waivers and to amend the legal form and commercial character of projects established in industrial zones at the governorate level.

This came in the presence of: Muhammad Abu Al-Futouh, Director of Legal Affairs in the Governorate, Salma Fathi, Director of Investment Management, Imad Rabie, Director of Financial Affairs, and Doaa Hilal, Director of the Kom Abu Rady Industrial Zone.
During the meeting, the Secretary General discussed the request submitted by one of the investors in the industrial zone in Kom Abu Radi regarding changing the commercial character of his project designated to work in the engineering industries sector. The legal documents submitted were reviewed and studied, and they were ensured that they fulfilled the necessary requirements, in accordance with the laws and regulatory controls, in a way that achieves the public interest and preserves the rights of the state, while supporting seriousness and encouraging investment within the industrial zones in the governorate.
