A number of citizens sent an urgent call for help to officials in Matrouh Governorate, demanding immediate intervention to repair Al-Mahatta Street, specifically in the area extending from the railway station to its end, due to the poor condition of the road.
Residents confirmed that the street has become unsuitable for cars to pass through, as a result of widespread potholes and cracking, which has caused frequent damage to vehicles, in addition to daily suffering for drivers and passers-by.

Citizens pointed out that the continuation of this situation represents a danger to the safety of citizens, demanding that the street be quickly paved and its efficiency increased, in order to preserve lives and property, and to facilitate traffic in the area.
