A breakthrough in the crisis of coaches in the youth sector in Pyramids

Cairo 24 learned from its sources that the Pyramids Club management decided to hold a meeting today with all the technical and administrative bodies working in the youth sector, in a decisive step to end the crisis once and for all and contain the state of anger that dominated the coaches during the last period.

The meeting is scheduled to witness the signing of official employment contracts for all coaches and administrators, after months of work without clear contracts, which has caused a state of job instability within the sector.

The sources also confirmed that the club’s management will begin disbursing the late financial dues, which are more than 6 months late, and that they will be disbursed in full during the current period.

These moves come within the framework of the Pyramids management’s efforts to impose a state of stability within the youth sector, especially in light of the importance of the sector in preparing distinguished players who can be promoted to the first team in the future.

It is expected that this breakthrough will contribute to the return of calm and full focus on technical work, and open a new page between the management and the sector’s coaches, after one of the most difficult crises that the youth sector within the club has experienced during the recent period.
