Apple is preparing to launch two completely new applications for iPhone phones during the current year to enhance the user experience and expand the scope of its services. These anticipated software additions include a dedicated business application and a standalone application for the Siri voice assistant equipped with advanced artificial intelligence capabilities that mimic chatbots. Through this step, Apple seeks to meet the requirements of the modern work environment and keep pace with the rapid development in the field of generative artificial intelligence that dominates the technical scene.

The new business application provides an integrated platform for employees within institutions that rely on the new Apple business platform to facilitate the completion of daily tasks. This innovative application allows users to easily install necessary business applications, view contact information for their colleagues, and request technical support when needed. This application is scheduled to be officially launched next April 14, replacing previous services that include Business Essentials, Business Manager, and Business Communication.

At the same time, Apple is testing an independent application dedicated to the Siri voice assistant to provide advanced functions very similar to what is provided by famous artificial intelligence applications. This new application aims to compete with powerful applications such as the ChatGPT application from OpenAI and the Gemini application from Google, to give users a smarter and more flexible interactive experience in dealing with daily tasks and searching for information through a customized and easy-to-use interface.

The new Siri app allows users to interact with the smart assistant via multiple text and voice modes to suit different preferences and circumstances. This advanced version is distinguished by its ability to maintain a history of conversations, giving users the ability to review their previous conversations with Siri with ease, which enhances the continuity of tasks and makes the smart assistant more able to understand the context and provide accurate and personalized answers based on previous interactions with the user.

Apple provides these two new applications to iPad and Mac users, in addition to their basic availability on smartphones, to ensure an integrated experience across all of its devices. Running the business application requires the availability of modern iOS 26, iPadOS 26, and macOS 26 systems, while reports indicate that the advanced Siri application will be available as an essential part of the upcoming updates to the iOS 27, iPadOS 27, and macOS 27 systems scheduled to be launched later this year.
