Tecno announced the expansion of the Camon 50 series by launching the new Camon 50 Pro 5G phone, which comes with a design close to the Camon 50 Ultra phone while keeping most of the same main specifications.
The phone relies on the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Ultimate processor, along with up to 12 GB of RAM and up to 256 GB of storage space. It also comes with a large 6,500 mAh battery that supports 45W wired charging.
The phone features a 6.78-inch curved AMOLED screen with a resolution of 1.5K and a refresh rate of up to 144 Hz. The screen also contains a 50-megapixel front camera, in addition to a fingerprint sensor built into the screen.

As for the back, the phone includes a triple camera system led by a 50-megapixel Sony LYT700C 1/1.56-inch main sensor with support for optical image stabilization. It also includes a 50-megapixel telephoto camera with a 70 mm equivalent lens that provides up to 3 times optical zoom, along with an 8-megapixel wide-angle camera.
The phone also supports the IP68 and IP69K protection standard against water and dust, and runs Android 16 with the Tecno HiOS 16 interface.
The price of the basic version with 8 GB and 256 GB memory starts at about $332, while the price of the 12 GB and 256 GB version reaches about $361.
