Caviar launched a new limited edition of the Apple iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max phones under the name “iPhone 2007”, as part of a special collection that celebrates the 50th anniversary of Apple’s founding.

This luxurious version comes with a design inspired by the original iPhone 2G issued in 2007, where the silver color dominates most of the body, while the black color coated with PVD technology covers the lower quarter of the back.

The black band also features Steve Jobs’ signature, while the titanium bezel contains an engraved serial number between 01 and 11.

In terms of the back design, it is decorated with patterns inspired by the components of the iPhone 2G, while the most prominent touch in this version is the transparent Apple logo, which contains inside an original piece of the motherboard of the first iPhone in history.

Despite this luxurious design modification, the phone’s internal specifications remain the same as the original version of the iPhone 17 Pro or iPhone 17 Pro Max. However, using an all-metal back may disable support for wireless charging and MagSafe accessories.

In terms of availability, this version is limited to only 11 units worldwide, and can be ordered directly through the Caviar online store. Its prices range between 10,770 and 12,700 US dollars, depending on the storage capacity and screen size.
