Sony has confirmed that the next State of Play conference will take place on February 12 at 14:00 PDT / 17:00 EDT / 23:00 CEST. With an expected duration of 60 minutes, this is one of the longest State of Play conferences, and Sony says the event will feature a mix of first-party and third-party titles, which will hopefully include Bloodborne.

The shows are likely to be headlined by highly anticipated PlayStation exclusives, such as Marvel’s Wolverine, Naughty Dog’s new game Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet, and perhaps more from Saros, and Bungie’s struggling game Marathon may also get some screen time and hopefully a release date, as well as a PC version of Death Stranding 2. There have been whispers of a new God of War game, and now would be a good time to reveal it, and PlayStation 5 Pro owners might get one. Also on some announcements related to PSSR 2.0 technology.

No Sony event is complete without remakes and remasters, so we can expect to see a few in the mix, and the past few State of Play conferences have included secret hardware reveals, like the Pulse Elevate wireless speakers and a 240Hz gaming monitor. No price or release date has been set for either, but Sony could surprise launch them alongside a third piece of hardware bearing the PlayStation branding.
