Xiaomi recently launched its Book Pro 14 laptop, which is considered its first device equipped with advanced Panther Lake processors. Recent and reliable leaks revealed that Xiaomi is currently working on developing two new computers within the RedmiBook series to meet the needs of users, as these new devices will rely on Intel’s Core Ultra Series 3 processors to provide strong and distinguished performance at economical prices that suit the largest segment of consumers.
The reliable information leaker indicated that the upcoming devices will be available in two versions, the first measuring 14 inches and the second measuring 16 inches, to provide various options. Although the full detailed specifications sheet has not been revealed yet, the report confirms the presence of an advanced configuration based on the mighty Core Ultra
Expectations indicate that this advanced configuration will come with a maximum random capacity of 32 GB and an internal storage space of 1 TB. The report explains that these laptops will also be available with other processor options, including the Core Ultra 5 325 processor and the Core Ultra 5 338H processor, to ensure the provision of different performance levels that suit the nature of each individual’s use and meet the requirements of various daily tasks with ease and stability.
The Core Ultra 5 325 processor represents an excellent starting option that will contribute significantly to keeping the starting price of these devices within the acceptable economic range. The configuration equipped with the Core Ultra 5 338H processor stands out as a powerful and balanced option thanks to its provision of an integrated Arc B370 graphics processing unit, which makes these basic configurations capable of providing impressive performance and a smooth user experience at competitive prices and much better compared to configurations with higher specifications.
These computers share processor options with the Book Pro 14 computer, whose price in China starts at 7,999 Chinese yuan, equivalent to 1,161 US dollars. Given that Redmi-branded devices are usually characterized by more moderate prices than their counterparts bearing the Xiaomi name, it is expected that the price of these new versions will start at less than 7,999 Chinese yuan, with the expected official launch of these devices taking place during late April of 2026.
