New leaks indicate the possibility of launching the iPhone Fold earlier than expected, instead of postponing its availability after the official announcement.
Previous reports had stated that Apple would unveil the foldable phone during the fall of this year alongside the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max, but its availability in the market may be delayed by several weeks, while another source said it might be launched in December.
But there is more recent information that Apple is seeking to completely synchronize the arrival of the iPhone Fold with the two Pro models. According to a leaker on Weibo, manufacturing partner Foxconn has begun trial production of the phone in China.
This indicates that the phone is on the right track to enter the mass production phase during the month of July, in conjunction with the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max, if the testing phase goes without problems.
If this happens, the iPhone Fold may reach the market at the same time as the launch of the rest of the series, instead of delaying it.
