New regulatory certificates revealed some details of the Motorola Razr 2026 foldable phone, confirming that the company is preparing to launch a new generation of the Razr series while maintaining the well-known general design.
According to a list published on the Communications Equipment Accreditation Center website, the phone will come with a design very close to the previous generation. The documents also indicated that it is available in multiple color options, including a color called PANTONE African Violet.
In terms of specifications, the information indicates that the phone will rely on an octa-core processor, without explicitly mentioning the manufacturer. If Motorola continues to cooperate with the same supplier, the phone will likely use one of MediaTek’s Dimensity 8000 or similar processors.
The documents also reveal larger memory and storage options, as the phone may reach 18 GB of RAM, which is a big jump compared to previous generations.
The data also indicates that the device will include two internal batteries with capacities of 1090 and 3185 mAh, which is the rated capacity that may differ from the actual capacity in use.

In terms of photography, the phone is expected to have a 50-megapixel periscopic zoom camera with 3x optical zoom, which makes it closer to higher categories such as the Plus and Ultra versions. The leaked images also suggest the presence of a two-camera system consisting of a main camera and a telephoto camera.
Motorola is likely to announce the Razr 2026 series during the next month, especially since the company is accustomed to revealing its new phones in the spring, along with increasing hints about upcoming Razr devices.
