Anthropic’s Claude services have experienced a technical disruption that has resulted in login issues and slow performance for a number of users.
The company acknowledged the bug, confirming that it is currently investigating the issue affecting both Claude.ai and Claude Code. As a result, some users experience difficulty logging in, while others suffer from noticeably slow service response.

Anthropic also explained that it is working to restore service normally as soon as possible, while providing a dedicated page to monitor the status of the servers and receive updates as soon as the problem is resolved.
This malfunction comes at a time when the Claude application is witnessing increasing popularity, as it has risen by more than 40 positions in the App Store during the recent period. Apple also announced last month the availability of integrating Claude Code with Xcode to support the development of applications based on artificial intelligence agents.
