Lenovo has finally launched its anticipated small desktop computer, the Yoga Mini i, in a limited edition in some markets. This innovative device is currently available in China, while it will appear as an upcoming product soon on the company’s websites in other countries. This computer combines the power of Intel’s advanced Panther Lake platform with up to 32 GB of random access memory, in addition to its support for advanced connectivity options that include Thunderbolt 4 ports to meet the requirements of users looking for superior performance in a compact size.
Despite the spread of some information indicating that the dimensions of the device are 283 by 202 by 123 mm, the real and official dimensions of this elegant circular computer are only 130 by 130 by 48.5 mm, providing a volume of less than one liter. These precise and very small dimensions make this computer an excellent and more compact alternative compared to other options that rely on the same Intel processors, such as the GMKtec EVO-T2 and the NUC 16 Pro computer from Asus.
Sales of this small computer are currently limited to the Chinese market as an initial launch step. Lenovo lists this device under the phrase Coming Soon on its other regional sites, which suggests the possibility of it reaching more global markets before the expected launch date of July 2026, which is the time frame that Lenovo previously announced during the official unveiling of the device at the 2026 Consumer Electronics Show.
Details of this launch in China indicate that the device will begin its journey in global markets without providing the flagship version equipped with the more powerful Core Ultra X7 358H processor. The company currently only sells one model based on the Core Ultra 5 325 processor combined with 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of internal storage space, which means postponing the launch of more powerful options for professionals until later during the year to expand the variety of options available to consumers.
The price of this basic version, which is currently available, is approximately 5,499 Chinese yuan, equivalent to approximately 797 US dollars. This official pricing confirms that the expected initial price in the United States of $699 will be for the version equipped with the economical Core Ultra 5 325 processor, and will not include the advanced versions that rely on higher-end processors, so that the company will continue to offer varying pricing options that suit different budgets and meet the aspirations of technology enthusiasts.
