Apple is preparing to launch a new application called Sales Coach later this month, with the aim of providing its employees with training tools and specialized sales advice, in addition to later integrating it with a chatbot based on artificial intelligence.

A report by MacRumors citing an informed source indicated that the new app will replace the SEED app currently used within the company.

The Sales Coach will provide training content and sales advice to Apple Store employees as well as employees of authorized resellers around the world, similar to what the current application offers, but in a more advanced format.

The application will receive a new design inspired by the Liquid Glass interface, giving it a modern look that is in line with Apple’s recent design trends.

At a later stage, the company will add a chatbot powered by artificial intelligence, so that employees can ask questions related to Apple products and get instant answers.

For example, they can ask about the top features of iPhone Air or how Instant Hotspot works on Mac.

It’s not yet clear whether Apple will rely on an external AI platform or use its own models to power the in-app chatbot.

Apple is expected to launch the Sales Coach app on Monday, February 23, and it will also be available to employees via the company’s website.
